The results allowed to substantiate the efficacy of ciclopheroni, synthetic inductor of IFNs, for immunorehabilitation of these children's group. The use of ciclopheroni in children with recurrent and chronic bronchitis to resulted in two-fold decrease of acute respiratory infection episodes. Also, the frequency of episodes of recurrent bronchitis and chronic bronchitis exacerbation were reduced in 2,1 and 2,5 times respectively. In group of asthmatic children the frequency of acute respiratory infection episodes were reduced in 1,5 time. The frequency of acute wheezy episodes was decreased from 67% to 25% as well.
