It is established that the structure of carbohydrate component of IgG in retroplacental blood of the pregnant woman with preeclampsia differs from the glycane of mother IgG. Quantity of IgG-bounded fibronectin (IgG-FN) in mathernal serum is sharply reduced at high-gravity preeclampsia, inverse tendency has this ratio for the fetus. At a preeclampsia and virus hepatitises FN in IgG-FN complexes is degraded, the degree of its degradation depends on gravity of preeclampsia or etiology of hepatitis.
