Berezhnoy" popup.description2 The research object - alumozircon refractories.The work purpose - an improvement of properties of alumozircon refractories during an employment of the vibratory casting methods, putting into production of new configurations of products and the production of trial lots. The research methods are chemical, petrographycal and spectral. Laboratory developments on the determination of technological parameters for the manufacture of alumozircon refractories using vibratory casting into gypsum forms were carried out. The relationship of the mix moisture to be used for the vibratory casting of large size alumozircon refractories with a fraction composition of large component of the charge was ascertained. The large size alumozircon products produced as a tuyere with an open porosity lesser than 27% were manufactured using the vibratory casting. Analysis of indices properties showed an advantage of the vibratory casting method compared with a method of manual ramming to be used earlier for the manufacture of such products. On the basis of carried ont research new technical conditions ТУУ 26-2-001-90503-228-2002 for corundum products with an addition of zircon and technological instruction were developed. The trial lots of corundum products with an addition of zircon for the sets used for the production of a glassfiber for RUP " Polotsky production department "Glassfiber" and for AO "Valmieras Stikla Skiedra". The products were transferred to the possession of customers in a full volume. The scientific work should be continued for the purpose of researching diluting agents of alumozircon mixes and for the purpose of researching a glas stability of refractories to alkaline glass.
