Berezhnoy" popup.description2 The research object - vibratory cast products manufactured from mullite corundum mix MMK-88, chamotte castable of the brand СШБЦ and corundum castable of the brand СКпл-60-92. The work purpose - an improvement of the manufacture technology of vibratory cast products using the mix ММК-88, castables СШБЦ and СКпл-60-92. The research methods are chemical and petrographycal. Laboratory research of the type influeme and an amount of different diluting agents on the properties of vibratory cast products to be produced from mullite corundum mix of the MMK-88, corundum castable СКпл60-92 and castable СШБЦ was carried out. It was ascertained that is advisable to use additions of natrium tripolyphosphate on in amount of 0,3% when manufacturing vibratory cast products from the mix MMK-88 and the castable СШБЦ. An efficiency employment of using of corundum castable СКпл-60-92 as diluting agents as well as dispersing alumina ADS-1 and ADW-1 in an amount of 0,75% of ADS-1 and 0,25% ADW-1 as well as a combined addition which includes abovementimed aluminas and siliconorganical liquid ГКЖ-11(0,5% ADS-1; 0,15% of ADW-1 and 0,05% ГКЖ-11). An employment of abovementioned additions ensures a better densification of mixes and castables when manufacturing products which promotes an improvement of their strength indices by 15-20%. In OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute named after A.S.Berezhnoy" trial lots of vibrocast products for the lining of different generating sets were produced. The scientific work should be continued for the purpose of further improving the manufacture technology of vibratory cast products from rammed mixes and castable mixes.
