The work purpose - putting into production of the manufacture technology of alumosilicate low cement castable mixes in the conditions of OJSC "Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S.Berezhnoy". Investisation methods are physicochemical, petrographycal, thermomechanical. In OJSC "The Ukranian of refractories named after A.S.Berezhnoy" trial lots of a chamotte lowcement castable mixture of the brand СШНЦБ were produced and ther properties were determined. Trial lots of chamotte lowcement mixture were successfuly tested in the lining of some sections of rotary kilns for firing dolomite of OJSC "Seversky kombinat" and in the lining of the heatinsulating covers of stellteeming ladles and tundishes of electrical stelemelting shop of COJC "ММЗ "ISTIL(Ukraine)". The manufacture technology of homemade alumosilicate castadle mixture with indices of properties in acordance with world analogues is put into production. An application is handed for a supposed invention. The scientific work should be continued for the purpose of increasing production capacity and applying low cement alumosilicate castable mixtures as well as for the purpose of improving their manufacture technology.
