Data processing of UARS satellite measurements has been done. On this base the energy transfer from the Earth surface and low atmosphere to the upper atmosphere has been investigated. Researches in field of the comet dust thermodynamics as well as the active processes in comet atmospheres have been executed. Total ozone content has been measured above the test sites in Antarctica and Ukraine. Processing and comparative analysis of these data have been done.
