The comparison of their electronic structure peculiarities and the data of magnitometric studies of thermostability range allows to state the thermal stability of these alloys being determined mainly by the Nagel- Tauc electronic criterion. The production technology of composite materials on the base of polyethylene and nanocrystalline nickel with the wide range of electric resistivity has been developed.
