Goal of the work is research of optical properties of planets atmospheres and surfaces, development of theory of light scattering by systems of onteracting scatterers. Methods of investigation are photometrical and polarimetrical, using theoretical analysis of data, theoretical and digital modeling the processes of light scattering on planets surfaces. Using the results of processing of large quantity of observing data, the empirical Akimov's formula has been defined more precisely. The value of parameter v for Lunar highlands from this formula has been found. It has been shown that brightness drop to photometrical poles of the Moon decreases with wavelength. Increasing low boundary of relief scales diapason, which takes part in forming of light reflecting law, mainly causes this effect. The cycle of polarimetrical observations of Lunar surface in different spectral bounds with wide diapason of phase angles. The goal of this observations is construction of new high precise maps of polarization phase dependence parameters, particularly maps of value and position of polarization maximum. Precision of measurement of polarization degree, using observations in Kharkov has been estimated (0.05%). Long-term program (from 1981) of polarimetrical investigations of Jupiter is continued. Goal of this program is studying spatial and time variations of polarization degree of light, reflected by Jovian atmosphere. Estimation of precision of measurement of polarization degree, using data of observations in Kharkov in 2000 has been carried out. It is established, that the main reasons of errors are defocusing and image deformation. Significant modernization of software complex IRIS for photometrical data processing has been carried out. New method of primary processing of CCD-data has been developed. It allows significantly increasing the precision of measurements. For creation the database of optical properties of chaoticaly oriented cluster of spherical particles a model of the artificial neural network called the layered perceptron is used. About two hundred points for the input parameters in range of parameters of particles was used for training the perceptron. The trained perceptron allows calculating the approximate values of the expansion coefficients of the scattering matrix elements with maximal errors less then 15%.
