Purposes of the research: Investigation of kinetics and mechanisms of ionization and electrocrystallization of the metals and theirs alloys in aqueous and organic-aqueous solutions; Establishment of the regularity of kinetics of discharge and electrocrystallization of tin, germanium and aluminium on niobium in in aqueous and non-aqueous solutions; Investigation of thermodynamics of complex formation between silver ions and acetate ions. Methods: Electrothermografy, gravimetry, electrodeposition. Theoretical results: By the various methods mechanism and kinetics of ionization of aluminium and alloys D-16, V-95 have been investigated in hydroxide sodium solutions as well as mechanism of ionization of copper in solutions of CuCl2. The equiatuon of calculation of speed of metal dissolution was offered in case of the permanent electrode potential. Regularities of kinetics of discharge and electrocrystallizationof tin, germanium and aluminium on niobium in aqueous and nonaqueous solutions have been established. Practical results: Technological conditions of formation of polylayers system Nb-Al-Ge had been elaborated. They conclude successive electrodeposition Al and Ge on the Nb-lining.
