The main aim of this work: — to synthesize three series of luminescent dyes with increased photostability and high fluorescence quantum yields on the base of the following heterocyclic compounds: derivatives of coumarin, flavonole and quinolone-2; — to investigate both theoretically and experimentally the spectral properties of the synthesized compounds, to study their intermolecular interactions in the ground and in the excited states, influence of environment on them and also primary photophysical processes, which determine the appearance of their emission; — to test the investigated luminescent dyes as fluorescent probes on the model and natural biological objects. At the current stage of the project the systematic series of various derivatives of oxazole, flavonole, coumarin and quinoline-2 with substituents of different electron naturewere synthesized. Spectral parameters of the synthesized dyes in solvents of various polarity were investigated. The computer modeling of the molecular structure of the studied dyes were made.
