This models are based on numerical and analytical methods of solution of a set of Maxwell equations, the momental equations and equation of energy balance. It has been investigated both spatial distribution of fields and density distribution of plasma, that is sustained by the excitation and propagation of surface eigenwaves in discharge chambers with the mantioned geometries. The possibility of creation of effective plasma producers which use surface waves was established. The outcomes of works can be introduced at development new plasma of process engineerings.The results of Scientific Research Project can be utilized in developing of the new plasmatechnologies.
