The aim of this work is the continuation of experimental research directed on the studying of the influence of structural changes and temperature-rate conditions of deformation on the stability and mechanisms of superplastic flow of aluminum based alloys and on the studying of the internal friction in crystalline and amorphous alloys. The temperature-rate conditions of structural superplasticity for alloys Al – 4.1%Mg – 0.5%Zr and 1460 are determined. It is shown that besides ordinary micrograin structural superplasticity the specimens of alloy 1460 show hightemperatural structural superplasticity. The flow of specimens in conditions of hightemperatural structural superplasticity probably occurs in the presence of local melts on the grain boundaries. The anomalies of amplitude dependences of internal friction after microplastic deformation and subsequent heating of alloy Al – (7 – 12)% Mg specimens are determined. It is shown that nonlinear effects are dependent with the appearance of dislocations in stress concentrators regions. The dependences of mechanical quality as a function of rate under research of internal friction in amorphous alloys Ni78Si8B14 and 11XCP are obtained.
