The main goal of research work is to obtain new information on the properties of nucleus-nucleus interaction induced by exotic nuclei and to study the influence of structural defects in CWO4, PbWO4, Lu2SiO5:Ce monocrystals utilized as a bases for scintillation detectors of nuclear reaction products on radiation resistans and operation characteristics of these detectors. The methods of investigations include S-matrix formalism with use of none-linear modeling of nuclear characteristics, statistical analysis of optical spectra of absorption, thermal, photo and Roentgen luminescence and photo, Roentgen thermostimulated currents. Theoretical results were obtained for the light exotic nucleus-nucleus interaction and conclusions on the behaviour of S-matrix (nucleus-nucleus potential) at distances smaller than the radius of interaction were down. Approximate expression for the light radioactive nucleus total reaction cross section at intermediate energy is obtained on the basis of the model representation of the scattering matrix. Total reaction cross sections for 9, 111Li and 7, 12, 14Be calculated with the use of this expression agree with the exact values mainly within about 1-2%. It is shown that reaction cross section for the 11Li + 12C system decreses with increasing energy in the energy range E = 20-75 MeV/nucleon due to decrease of radius parameter and increase of tranparency at small angular momenta with the energy of the incident nuclei. Characteristics of spectroscopic scintillation monocrystals on the bases of alloyed oxides with a big atomic masses, such as BGO, GSO, CWO, PWO were tested. The influence of thermal and radiation factors on optical absorption and afterglow of scintillation crystals based on cadmium and lead wolframates were studied. The results of research work can be used for estimation of dozimetric values for nuclear power engineering and development of highly effective spectrometers and colorimeters for high energy physics.
