On the base of the developed model the features of the collective processes formed large-scale regular structures under polymorph transformations are carried. It is shown in the nonlinear wave media with nondecaying spectrum the wave perturbations within the energy dissipation are able to form multiscaling self-similar spatial structures due to the cascade of modulating instabilities. Near the instability threshold the nonlinear structures in form of initial wave modulation arise, which have a linear spectrum possessing a fractal character. By using X-ray analysis, Reserford backscattering and Conversion Electron Mossbauer Spectroscopy the investigation of subsurface layers of monocrystalline strips of gadolinium-gallium garnets with various degree of structural perfection and ferrite-garnets films deposited on strips by ion-beam deposition is carried.The compositional and structural heterogeneity of subsurface layer of strips is founded by us and with this, as possible as, are connected the formation of amorphous films of ferrite-garnets under deposition. The experimental investigation of giant Barkhausen jumps in polycrystalline ferromagnetics 75Co-22Fe-3Nb and composite wire with magnetic separation is developed. The magnetic and electric parameters of impulse elements on the base of these materials and their temperature and pressure dependencies are expounded.
