Goal of the work: revealing and study of the fundamental patterns in processes induced by strong, weak and electromagnetic interactions. It is shown, that: (1) in the hard for experimental studies energy range, i.e. below the neutron binding energy in the 61,62,63,65Cu nuclei, the known Aksel-Brink hypothesis concerning the independence of the absorption and emission processes by atomic nucleus on its structure, is not supported; (2) for an adequate description of experimental data on the pion production induced by the 200 MeV protons from 7Li nuclei it is necessary to account for the one-nucleon mechanism with the D++ transfer and final states are to be treated as a mixture of the 2plh and 1p configurations; (3) the long-term stability and resistance to radiation of the new scintillator UPS-99RH, developed at the institute of Singlecrystalls (Kharkov) exceed those of the widely known scintillators BC-408, SCSN-81N and UPS-923 A. During the new preliminary starting procedure of the underground low-noise experiment for the search of the double two-neutrino beta-decay of 136Xe, the sensitivity of the unit is raised by 3,8 times. It means, that at the same time interval of measurements as in the previous experimental stage (4281 h), the theoretically predicted half-period of 3,1x10 in 21 degree years can be achieved.
