The purpose of operation is the study of thermal properties of complicated solid-state systems at low temperatures; simulation of composition ordering in stratified systems; a research of a thermal expansion of samples Nd2Fe14B at low temperatures. The correlation between concentration dependencies of a gap in a superconducting spectrum and Lorentz function is detected for a two-phase system TaHx. The model for residual resistance of this system is found. It is shown, that the mechanisms of scattering of phonons in the perfect quasi-crystals Al-Pd-Re are similar to those in usual crystals. It is found, that iron doping changes the temperature dependence of Co1-xFexTiSb resistance from the typical for jumping transport at low temperatures to the activation at high temperatures. The origin of imperfections in CoSi films issimulated; the conditions of a synchronization of the Josephson junctions system are found at the significant divergences in critical currents. At study TEC of magnetic combination Nd2Fe14B, which has "record" magnetic performances, in an interval of temperatures 80-300 to are found the indications of phase transition.
