The Purpose of research -revealing of specific structure of seaweed , lichens, vascular plants and conditions vegetations in the investigated territories;studying of a condition of populations of 10 kinds of rare plants in conditions in situ and ex situ. Was carried out inspection of reservoirs and ground vegetation in territory of the planned natural objects, selected alive, fixed and herbarium a material for processings in conditions of laboratory;studying rhythms of seasonal development and morphological features of10 kinds of rare plants in conditions of a botanical garden Kharkov national university was carried out.Materials in 2001 were reported at XI congress of the Ukrainian botanical society ( Kharkov, Sertember), III congress of hydroecologysts Ukraine (Ternopol,September), conferences of young scientists ( Znob-Novgorod,August; Donetsk,November; Lvov,December).
