A new method of motivation orientation influence on individual memory has been described. It deals with the knowledge of motivation of meaningful "others" whom a subject contacts during cooperative activity . A procedure of the experiment has been also described. On the basis of the developed techniques a comparative research of voluntary memory development in preschoolers with the data obtained earlier has been provided . One more direction of study deals with the influence of personality and emotional sphere on the recolection of the material .According to it psychodiagnostic methods have been collected , some new methods have been developed and a pilot study has been conducted .A battery of techniques has been developed to study a logic memory of 5-11 grade school students.A system of developing exercises and games to improve children's memory has been suggested.It can be used for those school students who have some problems in mastering school material. A plan for an experimental study in motivation changes in market conditions has been also elaborated.The results of scientific work have been used in teaching at the University and in practical work.
