It has been that the microalgae cells of genus Dunaliella and Chlorella capable to accumulating the cupper ions and other metals. One can select such concentrations and schemes of application these elements, which can guarantee bioaccumulation with conservation of the high growth dynamics of these cultures. Selection of the cells to the high concentration of the metal ions is based on tolerance to the metal action. The mechanisms of tolerance of Chlorella and Dunaliella cells are are different.
