The hydrostatic wiring is realized in the original specially realized unit allowing to manufacture 0.1- 0.79 mm diameter precision wire with ultimate deviation of diameter below 0.002 - 0.005 mm and stable physical mechanical properties along the whole length of wire rod. The effect of deformation during hydrostatic wiring is investigated alongside with various types of thermal effects on the structure and mechanical properties of the wire material.The advantages of hydrostatic wiring and calibration are determined in comparison to the traditional wiring methods in the production of wire from precious metals and alloys.
