The basic regularities of modification of electrokinetic properties of thymocites under influence of the accelerated electrons were determinated. The influence of ascorbat-induced POL of thymocites membranes on the effectiveness of functioning of Ca2+ - transport system was investigated. There was showed that the conformation reorganizations of ferment can be caused both change of lipid microenvironment of fiber molecular, and increase of negative potential of plasmatic membrane at induction POL. The principle possibility of use of fluorescent probes DSM, DSP-6, DSP-12 for detection of low levels of radiation-induced peroxide oxidation of lipids was demonstrated.
