A method of research - imitating modelling of dynamics of processes of migration of heavy metals in biogeocenoses, chemical rentgen-fluorescent analysis of quantitative element structure of components of researched system. Experimental natural researches under the maintenance of heavy toxic metals in atmospheric air, in ground and a vegetative covering on two different on character of an ecological condition the ranges located in city and sel'skohozjajstvenno-industrial zones of the Kharkov region are carried out. The quantitative data under the maintenance of heavy metals in researched objects are received during a season. The initialimitating model of migration of heavy metals in system and initial model of the data for formation of a database of concentration of elements is developed.
