To develop a new effective method of synthesis of a isodithion-on-dithiolates's (dmid's) complexes of transition metals with different outsphere cations with high yield because dmid's complexes had been studied not enough, especially, in cause of existing uneffective methods of synthesis. To research an ability of obtaining a new synthetic metals based upon dmid's complexes. Methods: the modern methods of synthesis, IR, UV-Vis, X-Ray electronic spectroscopy, X-Ray structure analysis, quantum calculation in relativistic approximation. Obtained results and innovations: the monocrystals of new organic metal — octamolybdat ET with structure (ЕТ)6Мо8О26.3DMF had been obtained in the first time. It's structure, which is anew structural type of cation-radical ET salts, was determined. The spectral (IR and Raman) characteristic of this compound had been studied too. Synthesizing salts are electrolites for obtaining thiotungstat and thiomolibdat of ET, where, is probably, to occur more strong interaction between anions and cation-radical's than in known ET salts which stabilize metallic state in them. The polarography research of synthesizing electrolites and ET had been make in different solvents on purpose for choosing the optimum conditions for electrocrystallize involved salts. The new effective method of synthesis of dmid's complexes with different transition metals and with different outsphere cations had been developed with high (~100%) yield. This method is founded on reaction of synthesis iso-dithion-on-dithiol with hydrazine in alkaly surrounding synthesed by stright way in the first time, which had been found at the work. The complexes such as Ktn[M(dmid)2] (Kt — Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs; M = Co, Ni) had been synthezed in the first time. According making research the oxidizing of obtained complexes with complexes of mixed valency followed by any changes in structure, such as transition from quasi-tetrahedron (D2d) to flat-square (D2h) structure. The last circumstance give a hope of possibility to obtain a new synthetic metals based on dmid's complexes.
