The primary aim of the work is obtaining an experimental data and development on their base theoretic conclusions concerning physical mechanisms for generation of very high frequency sporadic radio bursts. The secondary aim is obtaining the experience to be ready to accompany the space experiment "Coronas-Photon" by the ground measurements with the help of some radio telescopes. The reliable correlation between high-speed solar wind fluxes, low energy ion fluxes of interplanetary origin, and anomalies in the energy electron fluxes at geostationary orbit and sporadic radio bursts have been found. There is an appreciable delay between the start of radio bursts generation and diminish of electron fluxes in the outer magnetosphere. There exists the short time radio spikes on frequencies 150, 280 and 500 MHz based on the simultaneous measurementsof radio emission of the Earth's magnetosphere with the help of radio telescopes of KhNU and Crimean Astrophysical Observatory, situated on the distance 700 km from each other. The source of the generation has not long spatial localization, but it has appeared for a short time suddenly during the time of milliseconds to some seconds due to external reasons such as high speed solar wind streams, ion-cyclotron waves in the outer layers of the Earth's magnetosphere, etc. The fine structure of bursts on two and larger frequencies does not coincide as a rule, that can inform us about narrow band character of radio emission.
