The purpose of work was to receive such quantitative characteristics of sputtered and scattered excited particles as radiation quantum yield, their energy distribution, the probability of excitation on a certain level, and also to compare results of computer modeling of sputtering and scattering processes with experimental results of ion-photon emission studies. Method of research was the optical spectral analysis of radiation of flying away excited particles. The results that show significant influence of a solid zone structure on the probability of flying away for sputtered metal particles and scattered by alkali haloid's crystals surface particles of primary ions as a result of the influence of process of resonant ionization have been obtained. The received results may be used for the further clearing of the mechanism of ion-photon emission, and also at the development of methods of the solid surfaces analysis based on the ion-photon emission.
