The purpose of the work — study of nonlinear optical effects in photosensitive films, exciton spectra and constitution of an electronic energy spectra in films of ternary compounds on the basis of halogenides of metals. Methods of examinations — vacuum preparation of the films, their irradiation by a monochromatic light, spectroscopic and diffraction measurings thin-film samples, microscopic examinations of structure of films. It have been studied an optical turbulence and evolution of scattered and diffracted light; the simple method of observation of a self-diffraction is retrieved; nonlinear transformations of laser beams were descripted. The new method of measurings of an index of refraction is designed, the theory of a two-dimensional Bragg-diffraction is designed; the absorption spectrum of an ionic conductor Ag2CdI4 in an energy range 2-6 eV and temperatures 90-430 K were explored. The effects (results) SIW are applied to further development of the theory of nonlinear optical effects, for prediction of properties of compounds with an abnormal ionic conductivity, for development of the theory of a plasma resonance in metal granular films.
