The work stage aim is the theory description of substar interior matter to simulation the substar interior structure for the different element contents. The study approach is theoretical one. The H-He eightcomponent mixture (Н2, Н2+, Н-, Н, Не, Не+, Не++) typical for substars having element composition Х = 0.75, Y = 0.25 is at first studied. The diagrams "temperature — density" and "temperature — electron density" are calculated. The substar interior matter curve is proposed and the phase state analysis is taken. The research work results are presented in two papers, and another two are printing. The taken results will be used for model construction of substellar interior structures proposed in Galactic galo.
