The aim of work is to study the mechanisms of interaction biologically active substances with DNA, proteins, biomembranes and cells of alive objects and ionising radiation influence on their structure and functions. Methods of research - absorption and fluorescent spectroscopy, micro-wave dielectrometry, spectrophotometry, flame photometry. Interaction of anthracycline antibiotics daunomycin and carminomycin with synthetic polynucleotides was investigated and thermodynamic parameters of two types of their interactions was estimated. The dependences of dielectric permittivity of fibrinogen solutions from irradiation doze in range from 5 to 200 Gy was received and protein hydration was calculated. The irradiation dozes at which structural reorganisation of a fibrinogen molecule takes place, which are accompanied by hydration change was determined. The influence of x-ray irradiation with dozes 6 Gy on erythrocyte gemolisis of rat and cancer decease patients was investigated. It was shown that the application of the altan reduces a gemolisis level, stabilises distribution of K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+-ions concentration between inside and outside media of cells and increases 2,5 times rat survival. It was shown on the model of interruptable retrograde 4 hours myocard ischemia-reperfusion that liqueur of Rhodiola rosea has antioxidative and membrane protective properties which was more expressive than of vitamin A. The influence of g-irradiation with dozes 200 and 1000 Gy on structural state of membranes and antioxidizing homeostasis of liver, thymus and spleen cells from adult rats was investigated. It was shown that depending on irradiation doze in after-irradiation period cells of various organs still able to keep actively stability of their own structurally functional characteristics.
