Their properties were analysed. New formulation of the power balance equation for a slot was obtained and formulas for its energetic parameters calculation were derived. Calculation programs were elaborated and influence of losses in dielectric on slot resonance frequencies, reflection and radiation coefficients was numerically analysed. The theoretical and computational analysis of matching with a free space was carried out for a waveguide radiator filled with dielectric. Results of investigations can be taken as a principle for elaborating radiation devices and feeding junctions with taking account of real conditions of their using.
