The objective of the work is to create a project of the system of educational services quality management in of the state and international ISO series 9000 standards. The method of the work is use of demands of the state and international ISO series 9000 standards to create a system quality management, principles of general management (TQM), criteria of a European model of business improvement._ system quality The demands of the ISO series 9000 standards have been system quality - adopted to activity of a higher educational establishment. The project of the following documents have been worked out: * university policy in the sphere of quality; * general resolutions concerning quality in accordance with the demands of the ISO series 9000 standards; * resolutions on the quality of processes and procedures fulfillment in accordance with the system of quality management; * standards of demands and methods to carry out certain processes and procedures in accordance with the project of a quality system; * the organizational structure of the functional subordination of university units and further activity instructions; * tasks and data for creation of a unified informational_ system of university supervision; adaptation program of first year students in a higher educational establishment. The methodical supervision for making up stall instructions for heads und employees of the university structural units has been provided. The criteria of demands to a perfection model of the European Quality Management Fund have been adapted to the university activity. The research program "Psychological Factor for the quality incensement of specialists preparation in PUCCU" have been worked out and is being inculcated The possibilities of the introduction in to practice of the research work results on the system of management of PUCCU educational activity quality in accordance with the state and international ISO series 9000 standards have been discussed at the meeting of the board of science, the scientific-methodical board, scientific and methodical conferences The further research is directed on the improvement of the system of quality management due to the ISO series 9000 standards edited in 2000.
