Novelty of work - the prospects of expansion of use of modern sources of illumination and fixtures till 2010 are determined; the economic analysis on support and development of a network on directions of expenses is carried out; the major factors are determined which influence size and character of expenses. The analysis of measures will allow to execute the previous estimation of their expediency from the economic point of view.
