Methods for mathematical statistics and modeling and statistic dynamics are used. Results obtained: design circuit for passenger cars using new trucks is developed; mathematical models for their three-dimensional vibrations are obtained; acceleration and indexes of smooth running of empty cars are determined numerically at a speed of 160 km/h. Innovative results are predicted dynamic per- fomance of passenger cars using new truck models for Ukrane's railroad. Applications: railway - transport.
