The case allows to cool cookies in the conveyor channel. The introduction of a case improves hygienic working conditions in a shop. There is created the adaptation for zephyr dryer, intended for reduction of moisture content in preparations by compulsory circulation the heated air. The adaptation allows to make dryer in the separate closed chamber in an automatic mode. The introduction of the adaptation reduces dryer zephyr time.
