It includes: percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), electrohydravlic ureterolithotripsy (EHL), extracorporal schock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), ureterolithoextraction by Pashkovsky and Dormia baskets. We used this technique in treatment of 211 patients. High effectiveness of combined treatment of patients with staghorn calculus, using PCNL and ESWL (79.3%), EHL (93,5%), uruterolithoextraction (97,8%) and the decreased staying in hospital (an average 9,0 days) show us the nessecity of more frequent use of the endoscopic treatment techniques in patients with nephro- and ureterolitiasis.
