Results: established, that on all of researches territories takes place augmentation increase of mortality from diseases of the circulatory system. A peculiarly inauspicious situation in relation to mortality from these diseases chronicled on Kiev, Rovno and Volyn oblasts in 1995-1997. The public opinion on problem of socially-psychological and medico-demographic consequences of accident describes by stability, negative orientation, immaturity and conditioned by lack of full value population informing.
