The analysis of health status testifies that diseases of the respiratory, the digestive organs, the nervous and the pituitary-thyroid systems in children of groups at radiation risk occupy a fundamental place (about 70%), considerably smaller specific gravity in pathology of the hemopoietic and the immune systems. Disorders in function of the respiratory, digestive, immune systems and vegetative regulation of cardiac rhythm take place. Among children, which were born before the Chernobyl accident, nodular goitre and structural changes in the thyroid tissue as linear fibrosis were found. Inversive puberty was found in a part of the girls, which constantly lived in the IInd and IIIrd zones of theradioecological control. In the teenagers, at a chronic type of radiation the increased frequency of bronchi hyperreactivity, decrease in the development of pulmonary surfactant, suppression of the factors of local protection of respiratory organs, increase in an intensity of free radical processes of respiratory oxygenation is maimtained; the efficiency of external respiration under the rest and under loading of moderate intensity was reduced; under physical loading hypoxia changes of circulatory type are observed. Under the physiological rest children of the senior school age had the satisfactory adaptation to environment conditions that was provided with inadequate processes of vegetative regulation of cardiac rhythm, mainly for the humoral regulatory channel. In younger and average school age the pressure of regulatory mechanisms of cardiac rhythm and decrease in adaptation-accomodation mechanisms was marked. Morphostructural changes in hepatobiliar system have more expressed character in childrenwho were exposed to chronic radiation influence. The changes of stomach mucosa in children evacuated from 30-km of a zone, had more frequently hyperplastic character, while in children, who were born and constantly living on contaminated territories, prevails subatrophy character of changes. The average statistical parameters of children's peripheral blood in all observed groups are within the norm. In the inhabitants of the polluted territories anemia, eosinophilia, leukocytosis and lymphocytosis are observed more often than in other examined groups. It is proved, that essential dysbalance of humoral link in the immune system in the participants of liquidation of consequences of the Chernobyl accident, in children constantly living in polluted territories, is characterized by moderate suppression of cell link of immunity.
