Purpose of the work: To work out new scientifically substantiated approaches to radio- and chemotherapy with minimal toxicity and prevention of complications in the normal target tissues for improvement the efficacy of antitumor treatment. Methods and equipment: general clinical, electrophysiological, hematological, immunological, biochemical, statistical, microscopes, spectrophotometer, IEA, electrocardiograph, Holter's monitor, Rokus-AM, Agat-B, blood analyzer SYSMEX M 2000. Results and novelty: Circadian rhythms of the indices with high range of fluctuation and physiological storage of distribution time in their acrophase during the day before the treatment - relative amount of neutrophils and lymphocytes in the peripheral blood can be used as markers of proliferative activity of the bone marrow for administration of radiation and chemotherapy in chronomodulated mode. The characteristics of circadian fluctuations in diuresis, potassium and sodium concentration in the urine before the specific anti-tumor therapy is diagnostically significant for evaluation of the state of excretory kidney function for administration of general therapeutic means of supporting therapy. The changes in the processes of repolarization in the myocardium of cancer patients during the day should be taken into account as a diagnostic parameter for determining the time of irradiation or administration of chemotherapy and accompanying heart therapy. The above is the ground for individual planning the time of anti-tumor radiation or chemotherapy with the purpose to reduce the toxic effect of treatment in the healthy organs and tissues. Degree of introduction: 2 articles were published. Area of application: medicine, oncology, radiology. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
