The pressure on an external internal surface of a femur, after introduction of endoprosthetic, and also pressure in it is investigated. Redistribution of pressure in system "endoprosthetic-bone" is investigated at different length of a leg endoprosthetics, change of elastic properties of neck of endoprosthetics and use of cement. The found zones of the maximal pressure (a zone of risk) in pelvic parts of a joint, proximal the end of a femur and endoprosthetics. For introduction in clinical practice of a choise femoral components endoprosthetics the simplified model distal parts endoprosthetics is developed. On the basis of these researches two new designs of legs endoprosthetics are developed.Researches of unit of friction endoprosthetics have shown, that monocrystal pairs friction can have low enough and stable factor of friction at high wear resistance, and are perspective for construction new endoprosthetics.
