In materials of explanatory note of pilot project there have been proposed schemes of construction of program-technical complexes (PTC) "On-line planning of work of on-board special complex" and "Cloudiness forecast for planning of work of on-board special complex" which will function in centre of on-line planning. There also have been offered schemes of construction of software product "Coordination plan" for operator's centre of ground-based complex of space system "Sich-2" and MS-2-8 spacecraft . Materials of explanatory note of draft design contain comparative analysis and schemes of construction of PTC and software products. In these materials there also have been determined functionality requirements and there has been described interaction with other elements of operator's centre and centre of on-line planning and with external structures. There have been described algorithms of their work. Costs of development, testing, and making of prototypes have been calculated. There have been issued documentation - schemes of PTC's division.
