The probabilistic models of durability with usage of the different approaches are designed and the possibilities of using of these models for the description of dissipative frames arising in metals at power effects are studied. The approaches to forecasting of durability of structural materials are generalized on the basis of representations of a statistical physics and methods of a thermodynamics of irreversible processes.
