The purpose of activity mining of models of a solid for an estimation and analysis of durability of structural materials with usage of the different approaches basing on synthesis phenomenological and physical analogs of accumulation of damages method of Testings - methods of solid-state physics, synergetics, probability theory, mechanics of destruction, mezomechanics , technical diagnostic. The probabilistic models of durability with usage of the different approaches are designed and the possibilities of using of these models for the description of dissipative frames arising in metals at power effects are studied. The features of application structural mezomechanics of the approach for an estimation of durability of structural materials are reviewed. The approaches to forecasting of durability of structural materials are generalized on the basis of representations of a statistical physics and methods of a thermodynamics of irreversible processes.
