Work purpose - the development of the manufacture technology of vibratiry cast refractories of new configurations for the glass melting industing. The research methods are petrographycal, chemical, physico-mechanical, spectral. The research on reducing open porosity of mullite corundum refractories overe carried out. It was shown an employment of dispersive aluminas instead of ГКЖ-11 reduces the moisture of thixotupre mixes from 6,1 up to 4,2 %; open porosity from 19,4 up to 16,8%. New intricately shaped designs of one - prece fprms for the vibratory casting of such products as tip and eye. The designs of forins for the vibratory casting of 13 new staudord sizes of plungers, bushings, eyes and bowls. Technologies were developed as well as trial lots of mullitecorundum refractories of new intricately shoped configurations of 24 stendard gizes were produced. The work should be continued for the purpose of improvity a technology of intricately shoped vibratory cast products of new configurations.
