Work purpose - is to perfect technologes of mullite corundum kiln furniture and refractory elements of furnace linings and the manufacture of trial lots. The research methods are chemical, thermomechanical, physicomechanical. The fitting of the grain composition and firing temperatures of bottoms plates (boats) was carried out. It was shown than an employment of certain enlarged composition and the firing temperature 1650о C and 1750о C allows to reduce an additional shrinkage up to 0,2 % for service temperatures 1650о C. The research on the determination of influence of open porosity of mullitecorundum samples on the thermal stability showed that in the limits of the porosity from 25,8 up to 14,1 % thermal stability of samples is high and makes up more than 30 water heat cycles from 1300о C. The research on the determination of influence of the specific pressure on the densification of vibratory cast mixes and grain composition on the quality of pressed products was carried out. Taking into account carried out research trial lots of mullite corundum mobile kiln furniture and elements of furnace of different configuration were produced. Produced trial lots were sent to customers for testing . Specifications ТУУ 2.62-00190503-227-2002 "Mullitecorundum ducts, trial lot were worked out and approved". The scientific work should be continued for the purpose of perfecting compositions, putting into production new types as well as improving the manufacture technology of bottom plates with sizes 360x340 mm using the vibratory casting.
