Relation for stiffness matrix and nodes reaction vector for circular nonclosed finite element has been obtained. The foundatioins of discretization of the viscoelastoplastic deformation process on the time and load parameters has been defined. The computing procedures for numerical investigation of the viscoelastoplastic deformation process regarding material damage has been elaborated.
