The analyses of modern state of dynamical stability deforming systems under parametric load problem were executed. The single designed model, which working up on base of universal space isoparametric multiple finite element with multilinear shape functions and added removable parameters was proposed. The methodology and structure scheme of the shell costructions high-speed process deforming at great capacity impulsive influence were developed. The mathematical modelling based on proposed mechanic model of shell's elastically plastic behaviour with deformation speed. The technique and it's numerical subsystem of the space constructions(solid of revolution and prismatic solid) periodical vibrations at arbitrary space oriented periodical loads were developed.
