The purpose work is the revision of the rammed mix properties at the temperature up to 2500о C. The research methods - chemical, roengenphase; thermomechanical research methods. The properties of alumozirconat binder (SrAZ) at the relationship SrAl2O4 : SrZrO3 = 40 : 60 : setting teinis make up 12 minutes -start, 1 hom 10 minutes - termination; cold crushing strength after 3 complete days of hardening is 24,3 MPa, mass share of oxide in the binder, % - Al2O3 22,0, ZrO2 33,1, SrO 43,4, Fe2O3 0,15. Zirconium dioxide fused filler to the rammed mix is characterized by following properties: mass share ZrO2 + HfO2, CaO 5,2%, Fe2O3 0,3%; fraction composition of mix - is more than 5 mm - 0,5 %, 5 - 2 mm - 36,7%, 2 - 0,5 mm - 24,5%, 0,5 - 0,09 MM - 11,6% lesser than 0,09 MM - 26,7%. The samples of zirconium dioxide mix with indicated binder were researched; cold crushing strength with 10% of SrAZ binder after 3 complete days of hardening is17,8 MPa, with 5% of SrAZ - is 9,5 MPa. According to the data of hightemperature differential thermal analysis in the researched range of temperatures 20 - 2250о C on samples with 10 % of SrAZ at 2250о C there are traces of the buin of and an introduction of 20 % of SrAZ leads starting from the temperature 1500о C to the formation of melts of a variale composition and at 2150о C the melting termination of the whole mix of samples takes place. The refractories of SrAZ and of rammed mixes with an inclusion of SrAZ was determined, for the binder it egual to 2000о C, for all researched compositions of mixes the refracriness in the casw of an error of the temperature measurement + 30о C is in the limits of 2350 - 2300о C, including with 5% of SrAZ it makes up 2350о C, with 10 % of SrAZ - 2330о C which gives the reasin to think about the possibility of the temperature operation increase of above mentioned mixes. The trial of mix was produced. The project of technical specification for rammed zircon mix wasworked as well as the recommendation on the manufacture of rammed lining of the induction furnace were worked out and certified.
