The aim of the research is to provide the sustainable development of the citiy by the way of co-ordination economical, social, and other aspects of the development of the city. During the research of the programme the wide system analysis of the environment in Kyiv, has taken place. There were such main directions; the protection of the air and water resources, the decrease of the influence jf the physical factors, the protection of the biological resources, the reproducing and the utilization of the waste, the ecology education. There were shown the ways of solving the problems with the most effective using of the resources by the each direction of the research. The results of this programme foresee the creation of the reasons for the sustainable development of Kiyv in the sphere of environment protection.
