Its performance: input power - to 350 kW, revolution frequency - to 3100 rev/min, pressure - to 32 MPa, torque - to 2800 Nm, total efficiency - to 80%. Scientific and technical tasks are decided as follows: wear stability and thermal stability of cylinder and piston groups are increased; strength and hardness of design are ensured; effective lubrication of piston groups in time of idling is guaranteed; radial clearances in piston pairs are optimized; power losses are minimized. Sphere-piston hydraulic machines (pump and hydraulic motor) form the basis of hydraulic transmission.
