The purpose of work - development of the recommendations on increase of efficiency of the protective system of interests of the national manufacturers of the enterprises - exporters. Methods of a research: a method of statistical observation - statistical planned 10 % sample of the enterprises - exporters (1012 units of the leading enterprises - exporters of different branches from all regions of Ukraine). The method of expert inquiry has included in a general system component of external mediums and qualitative performances of activity of the enterprise. The conclusions of the research base on a system approach, outcomes of cluster, factor and correlation methods of the analysis, multiple regression models for which there were conditions of a maximization of exit values (method of optimization of quality Taguchi), and also forecasting of the main tendencies of development (extrapolation, Neural Networks). Outcomes of aresearch - special matrix of expert valuations for positioning the enterprises - exporters in global competitive space. A level of competitiveness: 32,0 % of the Ukrainian enterprises - exporters have a high level of competitiveness, 17,0 % - is characterized with low competitiveness not only in the global market, but also on internal. The concept of competitiveness should base on use in an international division of labour of comparative advantages of national economy (cheap labor, rich natural resources, favorable geopolitical position, and also solidifying of items of a home market, assertion of innovation model of development of the Ukrainian economy, implementing of mechanisms of energy saving and structural policy.
