During research the Method is designed and its approbation on removal from payments of the population for consumed services in cold and hot water facilities of the cost of water is conducted, which one is lost in connection with gusts in switch grids to buildings and inside building grids, and also, which one go on own requiring HCS. The novelty of activity - given Method establishes unified for all enterprises and organizations of Kiev, the activity is connected which one to service of water handlings, boilers, central hot-points, feed water heaters and other, procedure ofpayments of losses of water in switch grids from SHS to separate houses and in inside building grids.
