It was carried out the comperative study in RBM the antigenic activity PPD-tuberculin for mammals, and the filtrates of cultures M.bovis, M.avium and M.intracellulare and the tissue antigens which were recieved on the basis of these cultures. These investigations were carried out upon the 68 cows which were reacted on the intraskin tuberculin test (ITT) from 5 successful and 3 unsuccessful bands by tuberculosis. At was established that the suspension of cultures M.bovis, M.avium and M.intracellulare haven't the antigenic activity in RBM and its specifity in serology reactions. The tissue antigens recieved on the basis M.bovis, M.avium and M.intracellulare haven't expressedspecifity and activity in RBM and unactivity in serology reactions.
